At MudBusters®, we take pride in our products and stand behind it. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase experience when you purchase directly from Mud-busters.com.

Something wrong with your order?

If there was something wrong on our end, such as receiving the wrong or missing parts, a damaged part, or an incorrect description on our website. You report it within 30 days of delivery, we will foot the bill to get the order back and ship you the correct item.

Something else?

If you report an issue within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days when your MudBusters product has been returned to us. You will be responsible to pay for and obtain your own return shipping label. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns except where the reason for the return is at the fault of MudBusters or you are exchanging. Situations where you purchased the incorrect part for your machine, this policy is strictly enforced.

Exchanges:

Exchanging due to placing an order for a part that will not fit your machine. Report the mistake made within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee, however, you will be responsible to pay for and obtain your own return shipping label. Returns for exchanges must be returned to MudBusters in new condition and in original packaging.

MudBusters product returned for an exchange with obvious use may be subject to refusal of exchange. Within 1-3 business days upon MudBusters receiving your returned order in new condition, MudBusters will process your exchange for the correct requested part.

If there is a price difference on your exchange, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If your exchange is less of the original purchase price, MudBusters will refund you the difference.

Return policy continued:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your MudBusters product, you can return it within the first 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange.
•  Refunds are issued to your original payment method and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment (less any shipping fees).
• Returns must be received in new condition in original packaging. Items returned with obvious use, may be subject to refusal and refund will not be issued.
• Exchanges for international orders are not available (sorry to our international friends).

Refunds:

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. There will be a 10% restocking fee for returns.

Refused/Undeliverable Orders:

It is the customer's responsibility to make certain that the correct address details are provided for your order.

•  MudBusters cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
•  All orders that are returned to MudBusters due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return.
  

How do I Return my MudBusters item?

To return your item please follow the steps below.

1. Please contact us – You the customer, will need to provide proof of purchase. Once received, we will review the return.
2. Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days with further instructions on processing your return.
